The maximum capability of this system greatly depends on the internet connection available to the system. Out of the box the system is capable of up to 255 connected users but as a general rule you would want to offer at least 1MB/0.5MB per connection. On a 100MB/40MB NBN internet connection you would only want to offer a maximum of 80-100 connected users. Or to provide a better connection for customers you would aim for 2-4MB/1-2MB resulting in up to 20-40 connected users.
